Return Policy – Physical Products

At Relief Resources, we take care to package and dispatch all physical products with care. Please read the following return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on physical products. This includes circumstances such as ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the item, or deciding the product is not suitable after purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (including return postage where applicable)

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Where a return is required due to fault or error on our part, return postage will be covered by us.

  • We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit if returned without tracking.
